When you have practiced to be in LOVE and have become more experienced, you may discover...
'HIGH LOVE'
for yourself. That is what COSMOS calls it.
It is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE with a higher intensity -  how high that is, depends on your ability to LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY. 

It surmounts everything you knew about LOVE, about energy in general up to now, it is deeper, ardently, unbelievably intensive, unbelievably soft and unbelievably beautiful, and  when you really feel it, it moves you to tears. You were unable to grasp a feeling like this up to now...

To anticipate it, go in resonance to it with your heart-chakra, the way you have learned to do in 'How to feel and produce LOVE'. And according to those instructions, you may begin to feel it. Discover it yourself. 

And with these instructions you can practice to feel it yourself. discover it for yourself. And it is impossible to discover it without feeling it at the same time. This is part of the WAY. After having discovered it, practice to be in HIGH LOVE all the time. 
You will never want to feel anything else. 

At first, you must be in HIGH LOVE consciously. Youcannot feel it while being occupied with other things but have to concentrate on it. I myself was not able to, either. It could be done for only a very short time, then I automatically went back to 'normal' LOVE. But some day you will succeed, just as it happened to me. Differences in the Frequency of HIGH LOVE are nomal and human. 
All HEAVENLY BEINGS are in HIGH LOVE. So mastering this, is part of our WAY, until HIGH LOVE has become our way of life and everything can be accomplished at the same time.
ONLY WHEN BEING IN HIGH LOVE CONSCIOUSLY AND
 WITH CONCENTRATION, YOU CAN HOLD ITS
FREQUENCY FOR A LONGER TIME.
You can work with HIGH LOVE just as described in 'How to work with LOVE'. It dissolves dark energies much easier and faster. When you are feeling it, every burden is leaving you by itself. There are energies that will only leave you with HIGH LOVE -  the very dark ones and darkness itself. In the course of your Clearing Process, you will notice that from a certain point on you could not proceed without HIGH LOVE.
The Clearing Process is our Way of Advancement
and our advancement is clearing.

So HIGH LOVE is an important step in your 
Spiritual Advancement.
LOVE and HIGH LOVE
 are corresponding to
tone and overtone.
There are 13 steps of Advancement in LOVE, corresponding to the 13 steps of Ascension. These steps can be perceived by the corresponding Qualities of LOVE, which will be anchored in your heart-chakra when you are ready to feel and produce them.
Unconditional LOVE as shown here, is the basic step, that CHRIST has given us. 

The second step is HIGH LOVE, which you will find when surmounting Basic Unconditional LOVE. Thus you reach Basic HIGH LOVE.

You will reach each further step by reaching the limitations of the highest step you had reached up to then and surmounting it.

WHILE PRACTICING AND WORKING WITH UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, YOU WILL BE GUIDED AND HELPED BY LIGHT. THUS YOU WILL BE GUIDED TO HIGH LOVE, IF YOU WISH SO. AND YOU ARE ALSO GUIDED TO EACH OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS!

THE HOLY RESPIRATION,
THAT WILL LEAD US TO THE LIGHTBODY,
IS BASED ON HIGH LOVE. 
IT IS LEADING US TO IT
AND IS HOLDING THIS FREQUENCY IN OUR HEARTS.
